Getting here by air

We can provide a pick-up from Granada Airport at the time of the last flight arrival, or Granada bus station, 50 euros per vehicle. We will also arrange pick up from Motril, 30 euros per vehicle, or Malaga 100 euros daytime or 110 euros at night. This is paid locally to the driver.

Granada Airport
Unfortunately Ryanair - http://www.ryanair.com has decided to cease flights to Granada but it appears that Jet 2 may be taking over the route. Iberia flies to Granada via Madrid for a very reasonable price if you book early. Ryanair still fly to Malaga from:-

  • Liverpool & Leeds
  • Birmingham & East Midlands
  • Bournmouth & Bristol
  • Edinburgh & Glasgow - Prestwick
  • Dublin & Cork

Malaga Airport
Many different companies fly into Malaga and some into Almeria, and we can arrange a transfer from Malaga for 100 euros per vehicle per trip (daytime) payable direct to the driver. Otherwise you need to make your way to Orgiva or Granada Airport or bus station. This is easy from Malaga. At the airport follow the signs for the train which takes you to the central rail station right next to the bus station. (See bus timetables below, click 'routes & schedules' then enter Malaga and Granada/or Motril). We can provide transport from Granada bus station or airport for 50 euros. We will also pick up from Motril bus station for 30 euros if we can co-ordinate clients travel arrangements.

Buses to Alpujarra from Granada and Malaga

Alsina runs one bus a day direct from Malaga to Orgiva in the afternoon. Check timetable. Motril is closer than Granada to Orgiva, with several buses from Malaga and from Almeria.
